Verónica Mengod was born in Madrid in 1967.
She is an actress, presenter and business woman – she commercializes cruise trips around the Maldives Islands – and has known how to take advantage of all life has given her.
She started in the show world when she was 17 years old in television, presenting the children show EL KIOSKO with doll Pepe Soplillo, whose voice was Jose Carabias’ actor.
After a brief pass through Jesus Hermidas’ show POR LA MAÑANA, docked at EL PRECIO JUSTO where she collaborated with Joaquin Prat in the presenting works. After that, came AVENTURA 92 with Miguel de la Quadra-Salcedo.
Later on she studies Dramatic Arts and starts a trajectory as an actress. During the last years she has participated in several TV series: LA CASA DE LOS LIOS, SEÑOR ALCALDE, ALA DINA ad LUNA NEGRA.
In 2004 she comes back to hosting, substituting Belinda Washington in the TVE space PADRES EN APUROS in which she still stands until 2005.
In 2006 she participated as a contestant in the ice skating competition of Telecinco DESAFIO BAJO CERO.
Five years later she goes back to television as a collaborator of the daily magazine TE DAMOS LA MAÑANA, presented by Inés Ballester in 13TV.
