Josep Antoni Lobató Pérez, better known as Josep Lobató (Esplugas de Llobregat, Barcelona, June 16, 1977), is a presenter and speaker of Spanish radio and television.
Since the age of 16 he has been intimately linked to the world of communication, has presented radio programs, television and has published books aimed especially young audiences.
He studied delineation and combined the studies with training modules for audiovisual production, drafting and presentation of shows. At the age of 16 he began to take his first steps in the world of radio and local television in Barcelona, combining his first collaborations with his studies.
At the age of 18 (1996), he joined the radio roster of the radio station Top Radio, where he began his professional radio broadcasting, followed by COM Ràdio (1999), in the night magazine Bon dia, Lluna. Later, until 2001, he dedicated himself to the commercial management of audiovisuals in Publipress Media, company of the Godó Group. In 2001 he is signed by Mediapro to be one of the faces of the well-known music channel of Catalonia, Flaix TV, where for 5 years he combines the presentation of programs of the chain with a program in Ràdio Flaixbac, Prohibit als pairs, that supposes a great success On Catalan radio.
Following his appearance on Flaix TV and Ràdio Flaixbac, Discovery Channel has in 2004 with Josep to be the presenter of Discovery at the Forum, a program that was broadcast in all the Spanish-speaking countries of the chain.
Later, in 2005, his first book, Prohibit als pares, would arrive, based on the successful radio program that he presented in Catalonia and that became the most sold non-fiction book in Catalonia that St. George.
In 2005 was named "Young brother of merit" by the Brotherhood of the cava of San Sadurní de Noya.
In 2006, Josep Lobató publishes his second book Som PAP. The nostra life, the nostre rotllo, that also manages to be one of the successes of Saint George's Day that year. In May 2008 put on sale Ponte a prueba 2, the latest book published so far by Josep Lobató along with the components of the program.
In the newspaper El Periódico de Catalunya, he has collaborated as a columnist in sections devoted to personal relationships and television. Josep gives the leap to the national television of the hand of the producer Gestmusic Endemol with the evening contest Money, money emitted in Four, where also it presented during that period the special program the sexometer next to Núria Roca.
During the summer of 2008. and still forming part of Gestmusic Endemol, he presented in Televisión Española - La 1 - the talent-show ¡Quiero Bailar !.
Since september 2008 and hatas 2011 was part of the staff of presenters / collaborators of Cuatrodonde conducted various entertainment programs. In February 2010, Josep Lobató premiered as a novelist with the publication of Solteras and Demonias, a book that tells the stories of four characters in the thirties who live their singleness in very different ways in humor. In that same year he founded his own digital radio station Happy FM with the collaboration of Cristina Urgel or Berta Collado among others.
In September of 2013, he again signs for Europa FM, to re-present the renewed radio program Ponte A Test, along with Laura Manzanedo and Sara Gil.1 He remained in charge until 3 July 2015, when he had to retire for sickness; Was replaced by Pablo Guerola.
The first edition of his book 75 infallible techniques to catch cacho (Ed. Planeta) will be on sale in June 2014, where the presenter shares with his readers the perfect tactics for flirting. Since 2015, Lobató has been withdrawn from the media by a demyelinating disease that affects his nervous system and prevents him from communicating normally.2 The speaker is being treated at Ramón y Cajal Hospital in Madrid to recover speech.
