Rosa López was born in Granada on January 14. Although she has dedicated herself to music since she was very young, it was in 2001 when she achieved fame thanks to the program Operación Triunfo, becoming the winner of the first edition.

With BMG and Vale Music she edited her first album Rosa with which she became the number 1 seller in Spain. With her debut album she managed to sell more than 500,000 copies.  In 2003 she released her second album titled Ahora, of which more than 200,000 copies have been sold, with which she achieved the recognition of the public and critics.

In 2004 he released his first Christmas carol album entitled Ojalá, which was a gold record. In 2005 they released a live DVD of their tour Ahora, recorded at the Palau de la Música in Barcelona. In 2006 Rosa López radically changed her image and her music with Me siento viva. With her fourth studio album she achieves the platinum record and a great tour that takes her to all corners of Spain.

Promesas arrives in 2008 with Universal Music. A record of versions dedicated to her father and with which she obtains a new gold record. In 2009 and thanks to a television program, Rosa edits together with Jose Luis Perales her album “Propiedad de nadie”, with which she obtains again a gold disc and in which Rosa reaches her musical maturity. In 2012, under the title Rosa López, her seventh studio album is released. Nº1 in all digital platforms. In 2017 Kairós was born, her eighth and last studio album. It entered directly to the number 1 of digital sales and number 2 in promusicae, official list of sales in Spain. His first single Al fin pienso en mí, accumulates more than a million reproductions in Spotify, becoming one of his greatest hits so far.

He has eight studio albums and accumulates 7 platinum and 4 gold albums. More than a million albums sold guarantee the career of one of our country’s most beloved artists.

She has recently released her new album `Vacío´, her biggest success to date. Nº1 in digital sales several days in a row, more than 100,000 reproductions on youtube in less than two days.
