PRINCE ROYCE

Geoffrey Royce Rojas (New York, May 11, 1989), known as Prince Royce, is an American singer, songwriter and record producer of Dominican origin. From an early age he became interested in music and during his adolescence began writing poetry in English and Spanish and to make his first musical compositions. At age 19, along with her friend Sughey Aráuz, she met Andrés Hidalgo who became her manager. Some time later, Hidalgo introduced him to the pianist and producer Sergio George, who on hearing three tracks of his musical model contracted him for his record label. He debuted in early 2010 with the release of his debut album Prince Royce, which features his singles “Stand by Me” and “Heartless Face,” which reached the top spot on Billboard’s Tropical Songs chart and released it Stardom in Latin America. The record material managed to top the Billboard charts of Latin Albums and Tropical Albums in the United States. In April 2012 he released his second studio album, Phase II.
