Natalia Peluso, better known as Nathy Peluso, is an Argentine singer and songwriter raised in Spain. She has managed to be recognized by the public thanks to her reinterpretation of the mixture of musical genres such as hip-hop, jazz, or Latin American folklore through her prodigious voice and her ability to behave like a great diva of the 50s. in the style of Nina Simone or Ella Fitzgerald, but also as an urban artist
Since the release of ‘Esmeralda’ in 2017, her first compilation, but especially since the launch of her song “Corashe”, she has been adding successes and repercussions, which have made her receive awards such as the 2019 Discovery Artist by the LAMC, as well as performing all over the world in prestigious festivals such as Primavera Sound, Bilbao BBK Live, Sónar and the Benicasim International Festival, where it has shone thanks to its power of its shows, in which it combines interpretation, music and dance, a reflection of his innovative artistic personality. Something that his EP ‘La Sandunguera’ confirms, where he used jazz and a theatrical vocal interpretation to sign a brilliant and avant-garde work, or the singles that have seen the light in the last year, such as ‘Copa Glasé’ under the label by Sony Music Spain, ‘No Se Perdona’, along with Rels B, ‘Buenos Aires’ or ‘Business Woman’, a song in which she vindicates her place as a powerful woman in the music industry and which has allowed her to perform in primetime time in front of all of Spain on International Women’s Day.
In November 2020, she appeared at the Latin Grammys awards performing the song “Buenos Aires” accompanied by the Argentine singer-songwriter Fito Páez
In January 2021, Peluso received a nomination at Premios Lo Nuestro as a female relief artist. In the same month, the singer published a new single, “Crime”, accompanied by a video where she closely shows the story of an intoxicated relationship, crossed by desire and passion.
He participated, at the initiative of the association “La Carbonería Siglo XXI” of Spain promoted by the main record labels of the same country in support of the music sector, in the new version of “Himno a la joy”, an original song by Ludwig van Beethoven and Waldo de los Ríos, along with Aitana, Lali Espósito, David Bisbal, Pablo Alborán and Andrés Calamaro, among other singers, and guitarist Brian May, a former Queen member.
