MARIO VAQUERIZO
Mario Vaquerizo Caro is a manager, singer and collaborator of Spanish radio and television.
He has collaborated in media such as El País de las Tentaciones, Vanidad, Primera Línea, Rolling Stone, In Touch, Canal+ or La Razón Vida sin Rock.
He is the lead vocalist of Nancys Rubias, an electronic pop group specializing in versions, in which he adopts the stage name “Nancy Anoréxica” and which is formed by Susie Pop (“La verdadera Nancy Rubia”, deceased in 2008), Marta Vaquerizo (“Nancy O”), Juan Pedro (“Nancy Travesti”) and Miguel Balazategui (“Nancy Reagan”). They have released five albums with Warner Music, among their best-known songs are “Me Da Igual”, “Peluquitas”, “Sálvame”, “Corazón de Hielo” or “Di que Sí”.
In 2014 he presents his new book, Fabiografía, a book that narrates the first-person biography of Fabio McNamara, an emblematic character of the Movida Madrileña.
From March 2017 until March 2018, he participated in Zapeando having a weekly section.
