Edurne Pasaban is a mountaineer, the first woman to conquer the 14 eight-thousanders, a Spanish industrial technical engineer and businesswoman. Today, Edurne combines positions of responsibility in various companies with an extensive activity as a speaker.

In her presentations, she expounds on the fundamental principles and tools that she has acquired in her years of professional career, both in the sports and business worlds. For some time, she annually gave her presentations at business schools, universities and companies aimed at work teams at management and plant level. The theme based on her personal experiences is the setting of guidelines to set concrete objectives and overcome obstacles, uncertainties and difficulties that appear in the development of their activity.
