Matteo Bocelli, 21 years old, having grown up in a particularly stimulating environment, showed strong artistic talent early on, which would lead him to undertake the study of the piano. Currently, he is a student of vocal performance at the Lucca Conservatory.

His first experiences as a tenor took place at the Teatro del Silenzio (July 30th 2016) where, in front of 12,000 spectators and alongside artists of the calibre of Leo Nucci and Sumi Jo, he performed arias from Verdi’s operas. In 2016, he also sang on the opening night of “Celebrity Fight Night”, in the Cloister of the Basilica di Santa Croce in Florence, while on January 12th 2017 he performed on stage at Palazzo Pitti for “Pitti Uomo 91”, singing a few romanzas.

On March 30th 2017, Matteo made his official début in the United States, taking part in the spectacular “David Foster and Friends” competition for the Horatio Alger Award, in Washington, where he received a warm welcome and enthusiastic.
In the meantime, he was chosen as the testimonial for Guess’ new 2017 fall/winter advertising campaign, posing for the famous brand alongside Jennifer Lopez.

On September 9th 2017, the Colosseum was the exceptional proscenium on which Matteo Bocelli performed for the fourth edition of Celebrity Fight Night, alongside stars such as Sumi Jo, Aida Garifullina, Elton John and Steve Tyler – all in front of the cameras of the Italian TV channel Rai Uno. Concerts in Spain, Canada and Texas followed. Vocally, 2018 was the turning point. “Sì”, the new album from Andrea Bocelli contains an extremely special duet, “Fall on Me”, which sees father and son performing together. Considered to be one of the most promising emerging vocalists on the international pop scene, artists the likes of Ed Sheeran and producers such as David Foster have shown interest in his potential.
