DABIZ MUÑOZ
Born in Madrid in 1980, David Muñoz has been the youngest chef to get the third Michelin star for his restaurant DiverXo, of which he is also co-owner. With a radical, risky cuisine, and at the same time, full of nuances, it fuses diverse recipes with diverse cultural influences.
In January 2016, it premiered in Cuatro El Xef, a four-episode documentary that narrates Muñoz’s life as a chef in Madrid. The second season of the program, shot on StreetXoLondon, began airing in March 2017.
