Alejo Martín Sauras (Palma de Mallorca, June 29, 1979) is a Spanish film and television actor who became known for his role as Raúl Martínez in the hit series Los Serrano.

Although born in Mallorca (Esporles), Alejo Sauras spent his adolescence and youth in Madrid, in the neighborhood of Aluche. He was a poor student, studied Professional Training in electronics but did not finish it and avionics in which he managed to approve the competitions for Iberia but finally decided to dedicate himself to the world of interpretation.

She began to train in drama schools such as Cristina Rota while studying Japanese at the Official School of Languages in Madrid. This would serve to get to represent two plays in this language.

From there he began to appear in some short films and television series (Menudo is my father, Compañeros, At eleven at home …) with episodes roles and in 1998 debuted in the cinema with a small intervention in the film Mensaka .

He later joined the cast of actors in the television series Al salir de clase (1997-2002), in which he played a homosexual teen, Santi, intervening in 500 more chapters between 1999 and 2000. This character gave him A great popularity, and as a result he began to become a familiar face.

In 2006 he filmed the feature film Café solo or with them of the novel director Álvaro Díaz Lorenzo, with Asier Etxeandía, Lucía Jiménez and Elena Ballesteros. In October of 2008 the series Hunters of men premiered in which Sauras is the protagonist next to Emma Suárez. He interprets “El Tila”, a habitual delinquent and collaborator of Ana Leal (Emma Suárez).

He is an expert on the underworld and his main mission is to help Ana to catch Serguei Yakutov, the murderer of Ana Leal’s family.

In June 2009 it was announced that Alejo will be one of the additions of the second season of the series Accused in Telecinco.

In 2012 participates in the video clip “Xanandra” of the group Mägo de Oz.

In November of 2012 appeared in the new comic series Phenomena of Antena3. In 2014 and 2015 he led the cast of the adaptation of the classic El eunuco.

In January of 2015 carried out the series Something to celebrate of Antena 3 playing the role of Santi.
